File Hosting Site - DMOZ listed and PR3

I am selling dumpplace.com...The site probably needs to be put on a dedicated or VPS. I had it on a shared server while waiting to transfer to a dedicated and it got suspended due to a user uploading adult material. I am moving out of the country and don't have time to mess with this anymore. The site and dumpplace.com .net .org is what is for sale. I am not going to transfer all of the user files so, you will be starting with none. Site stats:

Had 9 "premium" users paying 2.99 per month, I canceled their accounts and refunded their money, I will provide their emails if you would like to recover them.

Approximately 10 new users sign up per day without ads. And 40+ with advertising.

I am leaving out of the country tomorrow night for 1 week. I currently still have access to cpanel and ssh, so everything is available right now(including user files), if someone wants to make a move on this. User files are about 30GB. If you have ssh and a place to store temporarily I can transfer to you tonight.

How hard is it to maintain: Fairly easy, when someone signs up for a premium account you must set them up with a Webdisk, which is a cpanel feature, this takes about 10 minutes. The free signup is completely automated there is no admin input necessary.

How do you receive payment on the site: I had it set to through Paypal's subscription service.
