I have a PR3 blog with over 1k backlinks the site has been around about 9 months.

It is currently making 1.00-1.50 a day with adsense.
I also rank for grand theft auto 4 search terms on google.

how much should I sell this one for?

this is pretty high don't you think?

I never heard of this 10 times monthly revenue but I'm still new at all this pricing strategy so this may be why

    It's in fact low.

I wouldn't sell any site of mine for 10x, specially of those have low maintenance.

Without the URL, it is hard to give any kind of pricing. There are many guesses about what to charge but it boils down to what someone is willing to pay. You say you rank for a key term but is that the overall niche of the blog? If so, that is a fad niche and it will die after the next big game hits the market. Buyers will take that into account.

The other factors are if the content is any good and if it is original articles or copied from elsewhere. Also, what means of promotion are you using. For example are you sending $1.00 a day to earn $1.50. All these and more add into the equation when selling a site. Without all these details any prices given here will be just guessing.

Well I am considering it as passive as its only earning with Adsense it probably is.

10x monthly = $450.00 max at 1.50 a day, with the front page ranking usually sparks an additonal 200-500$ on sitepoint. Also the fact it has PR should raise the price an additonal 100-200. I estimate that you would be able to easily sell for $700-900 BIN.

    Sincerely,

    CM

Sorry I omitted a few details.

The content is all original. It was my personal blog for a while. I have no expense for the site other than the hosting fees which are like $6. I currently do not promote the site, all my traffic is essentially organic with a few type ins.

I think it's low too. I had a personal blog which was pr3 and was around for almost a year at the time i listed it for auction at sitepoint. I sold it bcos i didn't like keeping personal journal, and was open for a very low bin, but actually i got pretty high offers frm a few ppl in a matter of few secs.

I think yours can do better. Start with low bid and no bin.
