    Looking for offers of at least $5000 for this. I might keep it longer if I don't get a solid $6000+. Possibly open to partnership/sponsorship or other offers. Post to request the URL. VBulletin, license not included. Approx 5k members, 630k posts, 40k threads. Not monetized at this time, in the past for a while it was making $117/mo adsense, plus selling text links for $20/mo, and earning more from user donations. I'm sure it can do better than that, but I don't like to do marketing. Good community with a variety of discussion, with most focus on hot news/politics topics. Domain and site are 4.5 years old. Alexa currently 830k. Site is growing, with new registrations all the time. Listed in DMOZ. It takes me almost no work, there is a volunteer admin & mod who have been around a long time and keep spam out. Site hosts user blogs with vblogetin software. 10k pages currently indexed in google. 0 page rank for the moment -- the previous webmaster did something stupid -- but PR tool on ezer.com said predicted future PR is 3.1 already. In 2006, this was a PR4 consistently. There were more members in the past, but pruning was done. 1.5 years ago, this site had multiple webmasters interested in buying or valuing it in this price range. Lots of potential here for the right buyer, I would think link building would easily get this to PR 4, maybe install vBSEO. I am willing to move this to another host for you, although I am no tech expert. Or you could keep it at the current host, although I'm sure many other places are cheaper. My feedback here is a little low, but I have more on NP, DNF, eBay, etc. Feel free to PM me.
