I personally use this template and ad placement for my own money making adsense sites and my best one has an average click through rate of 33%, and it's been up since March 03 2008! The higher the ctr the more $$$ for YOU!

    The domain name was purchased 9 months ago, some say the age is a good thing for SEO as google will "trust" it more.

    Detox is a hot topic at the moment, it belongs to the health niche which is believed to be the next trillion dollar empire, so claim your piece of quality virtual real estate TODAY!There are several ads on google for this niche and it can pay quite well per click (I submitted an article or two to an article directory about 9 months ago, so I can guarantee it pays well, however the traffic from those articles is negligible so we'll assume this site has no traffic).

    The Domain name is registered at Namecheap, so it is free to transfer to another Namecheap account.

    All articles are unique and written by me, the titles are based on detox niche keywords.

    This is an auction, but the first person to pay the BIN will get the site and domain. The site will be given as a zip file to host on your own hosting company. Post all bids on this thread, only PM if you are seriously interested in BIN.
