Need someone to write PayPal IPN script

I need someone who has experience with writing a PayPal IPN script that checks payment and updates a mySQL database.

The site is hosted at GoDaddy and may need to use curl to work. I've tried but have not been successful in getting it to work!

Please let me know if you can help, how much and how long it will take.
