WTB established or new sites earning $1000+ Monthly !Have BIG budget!

I am looking to buy quality sites that are earning anywhere above $1000 a month ($1000 a month profit is preferred but not essential).

I don't mind if its an affiliate site or campaign.

For an established site (1.5yr+) I will be paying 8-10xmonthly revenue.

Yeah, that's not going to work for me toots.

I have one making $3.5-4000.00 a month in the celebrity niche (membership). Another making $250-300.00 with no work. Hasn't been updated in years.

If you are interested, and putting in a serious offer for them, shoot me a PM and we'll pick it up from there. 8-10 month on high retention sites is simply not going to cut it.

From what I read in the forums, many are simply in need of money or to cash out. In those cases, I suppose it's a win-win.

But on the whole, there is no 8-10 month revenue rule. Too many other factors, and high retention sites are 18-24.
