    Hello everyone at DP I am selling my store called The Audio Market.
    This store runs on Build a niche store, it is bran new!

    I picked a niche for car audio since I see many car fanatics out there, I have set up every category for you and it is ready to go once you get your ID set up into it.

    The reason I am selling is I don't have time to take care of a site right now because I am moving to chicago and I am from the suburbs and I need some money for the move.etc

    I registered the domain at Namecheap and I will provide a free push as always, I Have some advertisements up and everyday it grows and grows.

    I have 1 click on it in in my EPN, If you advertise a bit more I bet you can get some more sales!

    Am I right in saying that the developers of the script buildanichestore.com provide the topics and templates at a cost of $97.00.

    And all thats different with your site is the domain?

    Not a nit pick but a question.

    No, you find the category you would like to pursue in your venture. Its not just a drop down box to choose what category and then what sub categories it takes planning. This niche is still unique you hardly see stores like this!

    Realist, why don't you ask every other Bans user here. Having a niche setup can be a hassle careful thinking and planing is needed. If not then don't expect your site to get big hits or sales at that matter. This is a perfect niche to begin with!

    I don't think the buildaniche script is transferrable. According to them, a person would have to purchase a license for 97.00, so is the auction just for the domain name?

    It is not transferable meaning you cant send it out to people, this is staying with one domain and pre-installed. You cannot move it without the install directory so therefore it is situated in TheAudioMarket.

    Hi, I am one of the BuildANicheStore Forum moderators from BANS, I just want to point out that the BANS licence is NON-TRANSFRABLE, this does not mean you can sell a site with it installed and this will be ok. You cannot sell the site without the buyer purchasing a new licence, regardless of the install script been there or not. The licence will cost them $97

    BANS do not stop you from reselling your site but their T&C's clearly state that you must do the following:

    If you sell a website built with Build A Niche Store or which has Build A Niche Store installed upon it you will need to state in your site sales pitch that:

    1. Your site uses Build A Niche Store (you have done)

    2. That this is a licensed script and that the buyer will need their own copy of the product, and (you have not done)

    3. That a license fee costs $97 (you have not done)

    I am sure that if Kelvin (co-owner/creator of BANS) sees this thread he will not be too pleased and both he and Adam take a breach of their terms and conditions very seriously. I would suggest that you either ammend your post or remove it from sale.

    A note to any buyers: Buying this site without a licence could place you in breach of BANS terms and conditions and you along with the seller are liable.

    Ahh, well BANS is going to not be so popular soon when people find this out. Wanted to try this as a new project and well it failed just cause BANS. Here we go osCommerce,

    This project will be up for sale within 2 months again, thanks for bidding guys. I dont want to go against their TOS and have my buyer in trouble. If you need anything feel free to PM me :wink:
