    I have a PTC which runs on AuroraGPT 2.1.8 (Latest Version) with a design which has been modified to fit version 2.1.8 and an extremely brandable domain.

    This site is brand new (only been up for a day) however, I have started a traffic campaign which will see 10k visitors within the next 15 days.

    In addition, I have plugged this on PTCTalk forums. I simply do not have the time to concentrate on this really and I thought that it would be easy however, it needs a lot of effort to get it off the ground.

    To date, I have paid for the licenced script, unique template, promotion and domain name.

    This site is ready to go in the right hands...I am not taking offers...Instead, I will set a BIN price of $100. If the site does not sell, then I will keep it.

    Apologises, the template has been modified by a coder. The template was originally for version 2.0.1 but this is now 2.1.8 which is a lot different.

    Maybe the BIN is too high however, I want to cover my costs. BIN lowered to $100.

    because it was modified doesn't make it unique... You can have spent that much, the script sells at around $50

    Mate, I have paid for the script, paid a coder, paid for the domain, paid for hosting....$100 is about right !

    And I have amended the original post, the template is NOT UNIQUE however it is modified to fit the latest version of AuroraGPT.

    There is no ROI at the minute...The site is ready for developing. The ROI could be whatever you make it !

    I am selling this as I do not have the time to run this as well as all my other projects !
