I am selling my tea website; http://www.love4teas.com . Love4teas is basically a complete tea resource for those interested in tea. The site includes a tea blog, a tea forum, and more tea informational pages.

-i am selling the site because I need to pay for web hosting and such for some of my other projects. The bin is at a very fair price, considering the pr , backlinks (that aren’t just going to go away after you buy the site), and all the content. The site just needs some promotion, site has not yet been monetized. However, with some promotion / traffic I think you could monetize the site through an affiliate or adsense (adagio teas has a good affiliate program). I have sold a website here before and was very happy with the results, I was quickly able to sell the site to an honest person without any problems

 

by the way, the blog is made with wordpress and the forum with phpbb, the rest of the site is just css

 

Has there been any earning from this site? Can you post proofs?

 

Not really... The informational part of the site and the forum have adsense on them, but they do not really get any traffic and I am just too lazy to take the adds off.

But the blog is not being monetized because there are still only around 20-30 visitors a day. I don't think it is worth it to try to monetize a site unless there are around 100 visitors a day. I think the articles could get some sizeable traffic if they were just submitted to things like del.icio.us , digg.com (a few articles are submitted), complore.com , etc. I just havn't really had the time to do this. There really is a lot of opportunity with this site, considering tea is searched 2,298 times a day (according to wordtracker). And there are also some tea forums the site could be promoted through. But once again, doing that kind of promotion is very tedious for me and I just don't have the time to do it.

 

I am going to lower the starting bid to $75
