Is the price only for WP integration or both for XHTML CSS coding and WP integration?

 

Sorry for my ignorance but basically I will give you a WP PSD and you will have to convert it in a fully working wp theme. So you make the calculations by yourself now

You won't get any people to do programming for $20, for wordpress programming, if you mean something different elaborate.
