adsense site for sale

Helloe everyone. I would like to take offers for this site/domain that I have been working on. I'm going to start a new project with a domain I just recently acquired and need to focus my budget on it so I would like to sell this one. I have started building the site but it is not finished. The site I believe has a good name for getting good search results for a popular search term. It has a few hundred backlinks and I have submitted professionally written articles to article sites so it has relevant backlinks also submitted post in other adsense related forums giving more relevant backlinks. I have not picked out a template yet I have just been building the site to figure out what I'm going to do with it. The site has 4 unique copyscape checked articles about adsense, a blog with the first article/post written by a professional writer and a forum I just added to the site. I was going to add some seo tools to the site but have only added a pr checker. The site gets about 50-100 uniques a day and 200-300 page views. you need to structure your layout better, it just looks like a huge essay or the dreaded terms and conditions of something.
