the traffic and views are not bot generated no.

with youtube promotion, a very important thing to remember is that when ordering, for instance, 70.000 views, it wont stay at 70.000. because you are ranked on the honors pages, and because your video has a lot of views, it will be high on keyword search as well, both on youtube and google.
