I think at least half the general webmaster forums have a section where you can announce your directories.
is there a good list of of webmaster forums? did some one did a list with all the webmaster related forums ?

Are you using a script for your directory? Don't forget the forum (if they have one) for that script. Almost all of them have a place to announce directories and better sites might be selected for their showcases. I've gotten traffic for both of my directories from the script forums.
The best is digital point, others like seochat, webconfs, seroundtable, can't be forgeted. But if you want a backlink for you directory, post on those forums.

One good thing about here is there are quite a few that actually know what they are on about here, the rest just think they do. Its the same everywhere you go.

Okay guys, I combined a list of directory forums, Please let me know If I have missed any forums. I think that the best one for directory owners is always DP.
