WTB: Well established site

    Looking to buy established sites solely based on adsense for revenue model.

    The ideal site will only require 2 - 4 hours per week to update and mantain.
    Specially interested in highly indexed sites and receiving at least 50% traffic from SE's.

    Amount of traffic is not important but the more the better. Will end up choosing a site with more good traffic than a site with lower traffic.

    Am not interested in Blogs, Forums, Image Hosting, Adult and specially any site against adsense TOS.


    My Budget:

    Currently I'm looking to invest any where from $1k - $2k for this deal.


    My Conditions:

    I will pay upto 5 times monthly revenue if your current site revenue has not been constant during past 6 months.

    If you can prove a steady income during the past 10 months I will pay upto 10 months worth of revenue.


    Please if pming me add proof of revenue and traffic.

    sorry been away for a white.. took a really long weekend.

    took a nice trip to andorra.. which is a small principado between Spain and France.. worth the trip..

    any how getting back to biz... thanks for all the PM's sent and replies posted here but I'm still looking.

    as I mentioned in first post my budget is between $1k - $2k and really want to invest this in 1 site only... am not looking for to buy 10 small $100 buck sites..

    really sorry but I don't want to end up maintaining another 10 sites...

    please PM me if your site earns around $2 - $5 daily SOLELY from adsense.

    not much traffic around 150 unqiue IP daily , come from google,direct visitors,link exchange from other proxies

    the site has very nice CTR on adsense 2.5% , It's high CTR rate so more traffic means more money
