    My title is a bit off, I will pay 300-400$ not wanting that in revenue!

    Nothing illegal, no warez, no movies or tv shows, I prefer no blogs, forums ok if active, I would like something that is not so owner time intensive if this is possible.
    it can be other than adsence.
