Interesting details
Everyone is aware of Firefox's market share growth these days so this is an opportunity to everyone looking to develop the site. It's the spanish marketing site to spread firefox (spanish version of spreadfirefox.com). All the content is 100% original and it has a lot of indexed content. All of the income comes from Google Adsense referal program, with a script that autodetects the browser of the people who enter the site, and if they have IE, the Adsense banner is displayed. There is also a very well ranked landing page. The site never had any kind of black-hat technique.

The site doesn't have Adsense for content so new owner could increase the monthly income easily. We decided not to use it to keep the site "clean" but it made around $120 additional dollars per month.

If you don't know spanish and still want to keep the site updated, I'm currently paying someone around $100 dollars per month to write 2 or 3 posts per week, keep the forums running and answer some questions. I know this site is not as valuable as it could be if it was written in english but managing and keeping the site updated should not be an issue for you.

We have a new record of 925 RSS suscribers according to Feedburner and average income for May is growing; we've earned $191 so far. I've included some more screenshots here.

I know that this recent growth is not considered strong enough to increase the price of a website but if current average stays, the site would be doing almost $1,000 per month, even with adsense for content disabled.

We are also expecting a great increase in traffic as soon as Firefox 3 is released (in 2 or 3 weeks) since we are #1 for "Firefox 3" at Google.com.ar and Google.es (link)
