You can apply here: http://www.google.com/analytics I have been using the service for about a month and have been happy with it. That and FREE is always good. My host offers AWStats and some other ugly program, so I opted to use the Google Analytics instead. One thing I did notice is that it does automatically filter out spiders, which is nice. I don't think many people filter out spider activity, or even their own activity, from their stats. 25-50% of my visitors every day are some sort of bot or indexing service. So, when they say they have 500 visitors per day, it may only actually be 250 people and 250 bots or random indexing services that are spidering the site. Knowing this makes a huge difference in guaging your true site performance.

To my knowledge Google sends them out, not the members. It's not like Gmail. That said I have been waiting nearly two months now...
