How much time require for the keyword which are highly or moderately competitive in Google
and having competition about to 5 to 10 lacks ?

Efforts for creating back links are too hard from my self, so no such comment i want regarding increase back links.

Let me reframe the question as I understand and than I will attempt to answer it. You want to know how long it will take for your site to show up in SERP for a competitive keyword.

It depends. It may never show up (or buried deep) or it may show up in a few weeks or so. If your site is linked by few authoritative sites using the keyword, it will so up within a few weeks or so.

For example, if your site is about cat diseases, and main stream media sites like NYT, LA Times etc. start linking to your site in their articles using the key phrase cat disease, than it will show up for keyword search "cat disease" within a few weeks.

Optimizing a site rank on SE needs hard work specially if keywords is highly competitive. Some get it quickly and some takes more years.

We can't really tell how long but if you do a lot of hard work and good optimization on the site you'll get good results.

SEO is for life so if you want to stay on top you need continues optimization on your site.

But the problem with page cached.
Some time homepage shows me cached on 18th april, and now again shows me on 13th april.
That's the reason..

That's normal casino, at times an old cache is shown whilst they update or do wahtever they do

The problem is page cached date is changes often.
Some times Google shows new cached page, and some time older one.

The domain is 1 and half month old. But i have made website live before 3 weeks.

Just concentrate in building quality links. It doesn't matter whether you're building it slow but make sure to it that you must target quality websites...

Getting listed depends on the competition of your chosen/target Kws. No definite time to figure out when and as what they've mentioned, it takes time to achieve it. Just do proper on-page and off-page optimization for a positive result

lots of things to conclude in terms of how long it could take to get rank on SEs specially on G, but to focus and do the necessary things will make a difference. Just an opinion.
