WTB - Income $500+ Sites

Hi,

I am looking for sites within the following specifications:

- 6 to 12 months net earnings (profit)
** Note, I pay for performance, not 'potential'.

- Income and/or Traffic
** If traffic only, will consider, but will need to be clear path to monetization
** Natural traffic _greatly_ preferred

- Income in the range of $500 to $2000 (ish)

- Some history, preferably greater than 12 months. If the site is very young, seller will need to show and prove the concept of the site.

All of these points are negotiable and do not need to be considered 'exact', however they should give a good guidance of what I am looking for.

None of the following:
- warez
- porn
- streaming tv/video/dvd
- anything that has questionable legality

Will give preference to the following types of sites:
- niche based - landing pages/product sites - niche marketing on crack style
- blogs
- forums

I want to list my interests here as my preference would be to buy sites within these areas:

- ie if forum, registered member count
- if niche site, any email list and size - opt in/double opt in?
- etc

Hi - To those who hang on this forum more than I have, can you please give me some feedback on my original post here. Are my questions/specifications too narrow or unrealistic? I have not received many responses at all, so just wondering the reason. I thought that what I wrote is reasonable.

 

Instead of asking for very specific data already you might want to ask for sites that meet your income criteria first and filter those based on your preferences later on.

I know that this will surely increase the amount of trash sites offered to you but at least it would give you some more choices to pick from.

I think that not everyone is interested in preparing all the information you are asking for - Some parties may prefer to evaluate general interest from your side first.

Just my point of view.

Also for more interest to your offer, I suggest you to post your budget.
PS:

You want that seller point you to way how monitize traffic of his site? I think any webmaster can monetize traffic if he know ways.

Thanks for the responses so far. I have looked through all of them and responded to most. If I haven't responded yet to you, I have looked at all I have seen so far, so please assume for now that I am not interested.

I appreciate some comments above too - The reason to be specific is to limit the number of sites I need to go through. Regarding the budget I have, I would rather work on what range of earnings multiple I want to pay. I do certainly have some $$ behind me and I don't want to waste people's time. I also don't want to explicitly advertise this for various reasons.

If anyone has anything else they would like me to have a look at, let me know.

Just to clarify here as someone didn't know the term 'eco' - I mean I will look at income producing sites within the ecology/environment/green markets.
