Hi everyone, just thought I would introduce myself. My name is Darren, I frequent various forums dealing with marketing and SEO, but mainly Webproworld and SEO Chat (and now this forum!) I work within the travel industry, so if any of you have SEO questions related to this industry feel free to PM me with any questions, I don't pretend to be an expert! Darren
Thanks guys! It's the first non cluttered forum I've come across - not mentioning any names, but some of them take an age to load because of the amount of banners within the forum. Keep up the great work! p.s Shawn - you've saved me hours with the 'Keyword Suggestion and Position tracker tools' if you ever require a testimonial let me know! Darren
Nice to meet you. Fellow new subscriber here. I lurk at WebProWorld, and just heard of SEO Chat in my time here, so I may have to join that one now too. Ack! Too many good ideas around.
Welcome darren this is indeed an uncluttered forum - I was there at the beginning of SEOchat when it was like this one is now, except this one is now technically better, but when it all changed I got out - or hovered on the outskirts till shawn started this one. So if I can make one comment to stephfoster Don't do it!! Too many banners!! Hehe
It's amazing how many people you bump into on a forum that you've seen on other forums lol I know from OWG from a forum I forgot to mention before, called Aardvark Business forum - it's another one to visit, but doesn't just concentrate on SEO, its varied. Foxy - I never named the forum I was relating to but you are right, it's way too crammed full of banners and advertisements now, which is a shame. I suppose they have to make money like all of us here, but its gone a bit OTT. See you all in the forums! Darren

http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/technology/3357073.stm - Internet Inventor Lived in the US, born on British soil, it's like Hovis - take the best of both! Same with the PC, also British invention yet made big by the wizzes from the States.
Hi Darren, Nice to see another Brit here as well as SEbasic, who I recognise from another forum. Let the trend continue, that's what I say! OK, so we're not all Tim Berners-Lee types, but there's no doubting our natural inventiveness! Paul PS. love the uncluttered look of the forum, always glad of a bit more elbow room... very nice!
