I've had Zango cash on there and made much more but i removed it on users request.

But you have copyright films displaying there ? I mean the ones that are currently in cinema ?

I was a fan of movieforumz.com untill that got closed down when the officials warned them.

What guarantee is there that the same wont happen with this 1 ?

@ believer1984, your site can't get taken down unless your host closes you. My host which is in the US allows my site due to it only linking not hosting any copyrighted content.

@ omhi, It depends how you look at it.. hosting copyrighted material is.. but who says it's illegal to link?

@ omhl, not sure it's up to Softlayer but they shouldn't care much aslong as you deal with any complaints with DMCA.

@ big0ne, I'm paying $100 for my server at the moment, but you might need to upgrade as it's growing very rapid to a $200 package.

Nope, they've only emailed me and I've always replied and comply by removing the links they send me to the posts with the copyrighted content.

 

I think im going to have to back out.

I researched a bit on l(inking to illegal). And it is currently battling in court.
Would like to avoid legal issues.
