    For Sale is www.realtyflipguide.org. The site sells an 282 Page E-Book containing Robert Allen's Real Estate System, Foreclosures Without Cash, and Negotiating Foreclosures for $29.95

    This site has huge potential and has not been promoted at all. Also assume no revenue from the E-Book. The E-book IS included in the sale.

    The site is currently hosted on designshrinehost.com and the domain is registered with godaddy.

    Just look at the housing market right now. Millions of people in foreclosure also means opprotunity for house flippers. I purchased this site from someone else and have not done anything with it. No, I did not write the E-Book.
