Up for sale today is a unique opportunity. I am selling a website package where I will sell you the complete website, as well as the product being sold on the site.

This website makes money two different ways, with ads (right now adsense is on there) and also selling a product that I own the rights to, Pro Golf Secrets Exposed which currently sells for $37 (you will be able to sell unlimited copies of this to your visitors).

Here's what you get:

1) You decide on the site name (must be in the golf niche), and purchase the domain (I can buy the domain for you for $10 if you prefer).

2) I will create a header and footer graphic featuring your website name.

3) I will brand the ebook package, "Pro Golf Secrets Exposed" to be whatever you like, and have it be in your name. This will include a flashy ebook cover as well as the actual PDF.

4) I will make the entire site customized to you. This will include placing your name on the salesletter, having the product name appear throughout the site, etc.

5) The finished site will feature 10 unique pages of content. Please note, the sample site that I listed above does NOT have unique content, I just used PLR material to show you an example. I created 10 unique 400 page articles specifically for this website package.

6) I will upload the website to your host (or host it on my server for $5/month if that's what you want).

As far as selling the golf product, you can handle this however you like. You can sell it on clickbank, sell directly through paypal, etc. I will be happy to give you some suggestions.
