Why am I a tauren?

    What's this tauren thing next to my name?

    I've done a search for it on Google, and all it tells me is that Taurens are a race of bull like beings from World of Warcraft (which I don't play).

    The title here changes according to the number of posts you have.

    I have Wind Rider written under mine.

    Once you reach 500 posts, you become a tauren. Once you reach 1,000, you get a new title & so on.

    It's all based on WoW as you mentioned.

    Yes, it is base on WOW. Here is the title that you will get once you reach certain amount of post:

    Peon - 0 posts
    Grunt - 30 posts
    Berserker - 100
    Raider - 250 Posts
    Tauren - 500 Posts
    Spirit Walker - 1000 posts
    Wind Rider - 2500 posts
    Blade Master - 5000 posts
    Shadow Master - 10000 Posts
    Far Seer - 15000 posts

    Or you can get a custom title if you donate $50 to DP :D

    And why are the titels connected to world of warcraft (it's not a good game believe me)?

    I'm a member that doesn't actually play WOW. Even though they have little relevance , I find it quite nifty that we've been ranked like this . I'm surprised you took it upon yourself to do all the research on it too..

    It is because when you sign up for digitalpoint you are also signed up for World of Warcraft. Tauren must be the class you were automatically assigned
