$50 Logo Contest and second prize winner

I would like to receive logo submissions for a new live entertainment venue. The logo should contain the following...

1) The name of our bar - "The C Note".
2) We would like to have a fish or sea creature playing a musical instrument.
3) We do not have a color requirement, but it should fit against a white background.
4) All pieces of the logo MUST be original.

Thank you for the submission. It is a great design, however, we were looking for something that was a little more colorful. Also, it may be better in a vector format.
