WTS SITE making about 1k a month average

I am selling my site http://www.forumfocus.net
It is a paid posting and seo services site.

It was started in mid to late December and has made about 3.5-4 thousand dollars since then.

All money is made through services offered but there is already a good bunch of working staff on the site that works for about 10-12 cents a post.
So you keep 67-80% of the money made.

Upkeep is minimal. The site does not need updated for the most part unless you choose to add new services. All you have to do is post the new jobs up on the forums and the work will be done for you.

The site has a pr of 2 and is expected to grow to a 4 or 5 at the next update.

Forum Focus gets most of its traffic from search engine results and things such as social bookmarking. All of the pages are indexed and there is a fairly decent number of backlinks for the site.

Just about none. The site requires very little upkeep.

Why are people paying money? I dont get it.

 

Is it using custom made script , then how much is the script costs .

 

I pay posters. It says up in the post how much is paid out to posters. But you could very easily invest in a script to do the posting for you. You can keep 66-80% of the profit yourself.

I made 85 yesterday alone. I kept about 65 of it.

 

it requires no maintenance and makes $1,000 per month without much work and you want to sell it why? other projects? are you hoping they will do better than $1,000 per month with no maintenance?
