    I'll buy for $40 if it's still for sale...

    I'd need you set it up for me on my hosting though and just make one minor change..

    Change the amazon on the right to an adsense text banner of 120x600 and also just change the link in the header that leads to amazon and just take it out.

    I take it I get the package which is being sold on the site right?
