Selling my Gaming Site PR4 domein + forums

Well since i really need money and recently i have not been able to spend much time around the site updating etc, i have decided that this is a good time to leave the site in good hands! I am the only owner of the site and all content written is unique with source added materials from news!

it ranks very good in search engines, with keywords like '' Crysis News'' Crysis Forum, Crysis missions, crysis eu of course etc..... on first page, it also has around 8000 backlinks.........

as you can see most of the traffic comes from SE 74% , i get average around from 150 - 300, sometimes up to 500 UV a day and this has been happening for last 6 months or so! If you need more detailed information more screen shoots etc, i can provide them, only if you are interested of buying it!

The ones who dont know what Crysis is , it is a outstanding game, with outstanding graphics and it is also presented as a trilogy, so this is the good part, since the site already has its potential, it can only grow, cause there will be Crysis 2 and Crysis 3 coming out!

I am using joomla for front page and Fireboard forum software!

Revenue: Never was interested in revenue, since this was my hobbie and fan site, however recently added affiliate banners from Alienware , which has tracked in last month 39 clicks but no sales, so it could mean maybe a PPC would be a good choice for some of you!
Site has a great potential , you can later redesign or do what ever you want so if you r interested do and bet now!
