    well at the moment i am just finishing off my site and looking for links.
    when i find someone to do site wide link exchange with i have to go through every single page adding it... is there like a script i could use to do this for me?

    if necessary i can pay.

    You can just include a file on every page.. otherwise there is no way.

    Does your server support PHP?

    Andy, just a heads up here - your site is going to BLEED PageRank like you wouldn't believe (which can negatively impact your own rankings in the search engines, especially if the search engines decide that you're participating in a link farm) if you go through with this. I doubt you want to do that.

    i will recommend not to do sitewide link exchange
    it effects seo of site
    create a page links.php
    add a php code on all your pages where you want to add links
    add include command every where you want the links to appear
    add this everywhere you want the links to appear
    <? include('links.php'); ?>
    change the path according to folder
