It's that time of year again when I need to renew my annual hosting contract with Site5, pay up for the renewal of most ( about 70% ) of domains and reduce some debt! So, I am out in the market to sell some of my sites / domains to help me finance this expenditure.

I posted this sale on SPF and the domains and sites have been flying off the shelf like hot cake there! Don't them out!

Idea - My vision for Nut! For Men was to create an online Men's Magazine and community for men -- something like AskMen.com. To some point it has been a success. However, my time was extremely restricted so I had to reduce my focus on the site. But trust me, it has hugeeee potential.

I have never done any paid advertising for this site. But sites like fark.com and ebaumsworld.com's classifieds section (usually costs about $40 for a week or so) is an excellent place if you want to.

What do you get?

1. The main content site with mostly exclusive content and custom skin. BTW one of the most popular articles ever on Nut! For Men is Hottest Bond Girls of All time.

2. The database of the forums. Unfortunately, the vBulletin license is non-transferrable, so you'd need to buy a new one. However, you are geting a database of a forum with -- Threads: 433, Posts: 920, Members: 66. No fake accounts or paid posting was done on this site. vBulletin costs $85 for a leased license. More details on vBulletin.com.

If you wish, you could also port the database to free software like simplemachines.org or IPB (paid). They both have convertors available for them. But if I were you, I'd preffer vBulletin.

3. The Gallery (with pictures) -- One of the main attrations of the site is the gallery. It runs on vBulletin-Photopost Gallery. The license can't be transferred but you can either buy it or you could just take the pictures and use a free software like coppermine (it intergrates with most forum software out there, including vBulletin).

Please be advised that most pictures were contributed by users. Some of them may be copyrighted. We have never recieved any DMCA complaint but if you do, you may simply remove that picture.

4. PSD files of the logo and forum buttons.

5. Custom vBulletin Skin.

b. nutmax.com -- I wanted to create a more risque version of the site. Thinking that advertisers may not be really happy if I put it on the main site, I registered this domain too. Free push at namecheap.com.
