how do you know if you're sandboxed?

I've read alot of stuff about google sandbox and what not, but how do you know if you are in the sandbox or not? My site has been up for 3 months, Google has indexed 11k pages, and I get a good amount of traffic from obscure keywords... how do I know if I am sandboxed or not? Is it based on coming up for good/competitive keywords that I am aiming for? If I am ranked high for allinanchor, allintext, allinurl, etc... but not for the keyword itself is that being sandboxed? Just wondering if I have something to look forward to if I climb out... but I guess that is if I'm in it in the first place.

Well, real estate is one of the most competitive kws - if your site is not very new (more than 6 months old) then I guess you are not sandboxed.
