Wanted: PSD Designer, Flash Designer, Layout for New E-Learning Site

    Hi,

    I am in the process of starting up an E-Learning Company.

    I have just been let down by an Investor and im here, cap in hand seeing what is available.

    I require a PSD Designer, Flash Designer to layout various templates/layouts for a couple of systems for a site and possibly much more.

    Now here is the rub, I cannot pay you initially for the project.

    However, what I can pay you. Is a set % of any sales to a set price.

    For example, if the layouts cost $500 to develop, we could agree what overall sum of money you would recieve. I would gladly pay a bonus for this type of arrangement.

    I do expect to have quite a few sales in short term, couple of months. So you would be paid very quickly.
