I have decided to sell my forum, I have been offline working abroad for a long while, and i left the forum to it's own accord, no self promotion, or promotion involving cash has taken place with my forum. Everything is organic and structured correctly, which rather pleases me compared to other webmasters that tend to blow around $x,xxx trying to promote something.
My forum recieves around 100+ unique visitors per day, we allow people to come and visit the forum and talk about tutorials and other webmaster information, our boards are not always busy in all honesty, like i said no promotion has taken place.
With a little bit of effort/time there's no reason why this forum can become your big-time earner, all the hard work is done for you!! Unique design, Members, Back-links, not to mention it's also a valid google PR3, and the main feature is unlike other "KIDS" because that's what i call them, selling forums with cracked forum liscences, this website comes with a fully "Owned" liscence, with-in the BIN price.
In terms of revenue i left just one advertisement sitting there and it earns a couple of clicks per day, nothing to ride home about. But the new buyer could place ads in the forum inner pages and threads, this would increase revenue.
