Sitelinks baby!
After having site links show in my webmaster tools for probably 3 or 4 months they finally started appearing in the SERPS today. One of my distributors had theirs appear as well. Did yours start to appear yet?

What do you mean appear in Serps ? I have site links and when I search my domain they show up is that what you mean ?

search craigslist on google. you will get the idea. Sitelinks do increase traffic. I have seen 20% + bump in traffic since sitelinks are enabled.

Are there a procedures/best practices that we can do on our sites so site links appear on the SERP below our sites or Google just give this "privilege" to sites who meet the criteria?

1) Good internal linking structure
2) Maintain No.1 position for the keyword for a significant time
3) Backlinks for that keyword all across the web. Higher than your competitors
4) Relevancy to topic/niche
5) Traffic for the keyword and CTR to your website from google search.
