Definate Pr3-Pr4 website for sale (currently PR1)

i am looking to sell the website in my signature (photography one).
The content of the website is mainly PLR articles, with little/no rewrite. There are few (about 15-20) original articles. Plus have around 5 more original articles with me (which i havent posted yet).
Traffic Stats -

Current Page rank - 1
Revenue - 0 ( as i haven't put any ads on the website )
Reason for selling - Laziness to maintain this site, more interest in other website (in my signature )
What all is done, I have paid authors to write more original content (they can be made available to you at a low cost, around 2$ per article and should be available in a weeks time ), have paid to have the website description on 300 odd blogs with three links per post (package bought here at DP), have got the site submitted to about 1000 directories (again done at DP).

Starting bid is the cost of the website (domain,content, package costs at DP) - $45

thanks pixeladd, well started the blog for hobby sake, not as much to make money,don't put any ads on any of my websites,have about 6 website all add free (cj being an exception, with one small google add). but dont have any time to write/get articles for the website, others can put better use to it..
anyway, the only revenue i technically made was $2, that too when i was testing my ebook sale page to work with my gf's account (shhh, dont tell her )

ok - info for the buyer, the rss feed script/plugin is free, but took me atleast 5 hours to find good photography related websites to add to the feed thing ( at the bottom of the screen ) so even if you dont update you page, your readers will have decent content to read. and flicker plug in takes feeds from flickr(duh) for the tag Slr ( cant beat SLR images )
just for the buyer at BIN, i will do a guest blog ( apart from the 4 free original articles ) after sale is through.
