Yes, I used to be a sales/tech rep at OSHQ.com so I know what happened and why we finally closed our doors. We used your services on our design, then you scammed us. I usually get 10-15 tickets per hour, from 6-7 hosts and twice as many short livechats. I can work for a couple more hosts if necessary, I have the time and energy. As long as my ticket/hour rate keeps constant I can work for you. So if you do your math right, I get enough a month

I do not know about the finances as that is not my business, he told me that he paid you 50% upfront, and since you did not finish, he blocked you and did not pay the rest. I believe him because I worked there for sometime now and I got paid ontime, everytime. All I do know, is that on forums and on MSN you sweet talk, but I have ticket history (or did, as OSHQ is gone) of what you said. Sure you may have been furious... Well I would not take what max (OSHQ) as true he has scammed many people here on DP and other forums so I am not sure why you would believe him.

Thanks 55Host I already am helping one host here, Ixennet, I got my down payment and as soon as the site launches I will be assisting him. -I am open to only 1 more host, then I think I will be good. Not overloaded, but enough money to pay for my car insurance Lots people scam/mislead people here on DP. There is NO such thing a "Unlimited" hosting. And what? It is advertised here, in my opinion it should be against the rules.
I have known Dan for quite some time now, and have done business with him on many occasions. I do understand that the issues with OSHQ were well known, however I can vouch that he had nothing to do with Max. Max made decisions on his own, and those decisions ended him up where is his now (as you can see they don't exist any more) Dan is a man of his word and he is a very efficient at doing his job. In fact I am having him do some work for me at this moment. So, Freddy, before throwing false accusations around, I suggest you think about the recursive consequences it can have and that you get your facts straight.
In No one hacked OSHQ as far as I know, in fact, BurstNET told me that they had a drive issue which in the end corrupted data. BTW. This thread is about Dan, so I don't know why you are bantering around about something that is highly irrelevant to the threads initial post?
In fact, it was Dan that threw false information against me before he had his fact straight! And Dan had everything to do with Max when he worked for Max.... That he calls me a scammer and indicates that i scammed Max at OSHQ is truly false information and as incorrect as it can be.... A drive issue? So the drive issue from BurstNET deleted one single website on the entire server ? And BurstNET told you, some random person that didnt work for OSHQ, but BurstNET just gave you information about an server just like that eh?
Well I think this thread has gotten off topic. First it probably should not have been posted in the bst section as this is for people looking to buy or sell webhosting. Not those looking for work. Second, I don't know you Dan so I am not going to jump to conclusions, but IMO I will not hire some one that has worked for OSHQ, Hostparlor, HostGod, and that is just to name a few. I also know that Max was just a kid, so his guys that worked for him are probable kids aswell, so I will not Trust my company that I have worked so hard for. In the hands of kids, that are rude, you do not treat your clients rude. Freddy you should know better then that. Dan if your a great guy that is good, I wish you luck in you career.

That is by far the worst accusation I've heard in this thread. Just because I worked for a teenager, does not mean I act or behave or somehow mimic his actions. I doubt OSHQ would have lasted as long if it weren't for me, I had tons of transfer request, pre-sales, and script configurations (which we were not supposed to do). Just because I worked for a company, and helped clean up one person's actions, does not mean my reputation should submit to another person's corrupt ways. @Freddy: Yes, Burst gave him the information because as it turns out, Max plagiarized PC-Core.net's TOS page. As this violates: DMCA, they were allowed to speak to us about it. Say what you think about me, but do not connect me with OSHQ.com, but as a person who answered support tickets there. I had no influence how business was played there. All I can say is that I am happy where I work now, and I am open to 1 more host. Have a nice day -Dan P.S.
