Google Birthplace Hacked Using Wordpress Exploit
Stanford.edu got hit by the latest Wordpress exploit going around:

Now, of course, I don't condone hacking... but tell me, in your opinion, if you managed to hack the website of the college where Google was born, a PageRank 9 website, would you settle for just dropping a few spammy poker pages on it...?

These WordPress exploits are becoming something regular lately.
I wonder if it has something to do with their tight release schedule.
Working on pressure all the time and these are the results.

I don't know, but for this one last I heard there was no patch yet... anyone heard any different?

And me, personally, no, I wouldn't drop spammy pages, too easy to spot... there's got to be better use of that hackage if you ask me.

Lot of exploits coming up with wordpress now, I think need to upgrade to the latest 2.5 version fast.
