Go into your reports, click on "Visitors" and then click on "Benchmarking (Beta)".

Is this the great tool everyone seems to think think it is? I think it could depend on your marketplace and where you feel you stand in that marketplace.

If you're doing well against your competitors, it gives you a nice warm glow and you can pat yourself on the back, BUT it allows your competitors to see where they're missing out and could allow them to learn from you and catch up.

Because of this, I doubt whether the market leaders are likely to make their data available, and then the whole principle falls at the first hurdle IMHO.
