Backpage.com is one of the popular free classified sites in the USA.
If you are blocked on craigslist you should consider posting on backpage.

On craigslist, using links and external images are very tough on some sections. But this is not a problem on backpage at all. Backpage supports HTML decorate ads with hyperlink & external image which kijiji & most other sites don't.
