What technologies are used? I noticed you are using JSP. Will I be able to run this on my mysql/php hosting account or will I need another hosting account?

A few more details, the site is unique with premium and hand made design PSD file of which you also recieve in case if you would like to change something about that.
The coding technology been used is PHP, XHTML/CSS cross browser compatiable and the site can be run on simplest php/.htaccess supported hosting.

One of the most valuable parts of the site is the way how affiliate links are integrated. All links are hidden with legal SEO rewrite rules from the source code and users will never have a feeling that the site is affiliated to 3rd party product. The XHTML/CSS code made with WEB 2.0 tabless DIV markup making the site light and Search Engines friendly optimized.

I did have some interest, but it looks like this won't run on a standard shared hosting plan. It's because of the JSP. Seems like most standard shared hosting plans do not come with JSP support. You need to get the dedicated server to get the JSP.

 

Mate i never mentioned it is JSP. The site is complete PHP it will run on the simplest hosting plan, do not worry about that! JSP never been used here in any part!

I see some JSP links, but I think you're right, they are pointing elsewhere (not the local site).

Do I have the rights to modify the site? Add contnet. etc?

Yes you can edit any part of the site and i also include the PSD of design in case if you would like make any change there.

I do not mind you removing the link from the bottom although i appreciate if you keep it but up to you.
