Hello ... i am developping a website in wich i plan to put som ads to make some (or a lot) of money . the thing is that i dont know which ones to choose.... so i am going to put my questions by topics so they become clearer: 1 - Can i put Adbrite and AdSense ads in the same site ?? 2 - Personally, if you had to choose only ONE of these two, which one would you choose and why? Thank you for helping me
You can put Adbrite on the same page as Adsense if you use Adbrite in the non-contextual mode. So clients will be buying text links from you basically. I've had more success with Adsense and prefer it. But if you want to go down the gambling or porn route you'll need to use Adbrite.
If you really need the $, use Adbrite's Interstitial ads. They make good money . Otherwise, use Adsense.
1.yes 2.They are 2 differnet services. Think of it this way. If you have somthing to sell (in this case adspace) you can either outsource it completely (google/adsense) and assume you will get something. Or you can sell it yourself with some helpful promotional tools (adbrite). Completely different in my opinion. I would use both because you always want some control, and not all your eggs in one basket
Well .. my adsense is very low for my site but adbrite is better for my site .. I earn 3x than adsense and i have 4 sponsors currently subscribe to my space .. yeah if u put adbrite , adsense will send u an email to remove adbrite once they found out
I am not 100% sure, but they are something that I will not use. I think they are an large ad that is shown to the visitor while your page is in the loading process or before you page gets shown to the visitor.
If you have a really high traffic website, adbrite could work good. Or if it is a Funny Videos, Pictures type of websites. My experience says adsense does not work well on those kinda websites.
Hi megafu. I would really suggest with starting with Google Adsense so that you can know your click-thru rate and impression amount appropriately. It'll also deliver your visitors a ton of relavent advertisements that will in turn make you money. I'd suggest making the switch to AdBrite then later on when your website gets pretty popular, as more traffic will get you more advertisers who would want to buy your ads from AdBrite.
Adsense is a good program for alot of sites, but with Adsense it just doesn't work for some types of sites and is probably a bad income source. But most sites does well with it. For example, I have a site that does well with it as it is on a good topic. I then have another site that is mainly of entertainment and free online games and it doesn't do that well at all. Infact I earn more from the CPM networks than what I do with Adsense from this site.
