    I am looking to sell a MotoGP Superstar Fan Site of mine.

    I will not list the URL, as I have heard here on DP DMOZ listed sites have been delisted from their directory for listing DMOZ as a selling point.

    The site averages 90 visitors per/day and has made $3 in adsense revenue on average for this month in April.

    With regard to traffic stats, the bulk of it comes from MSN and Yahoo (Has #1 rankings on MSN and first page rankings on Yahoo) all for major keywords.

    I am NOT looking for a quick sale for this site. I expect at least 12 months revenue for this, otherwise I will not sell. Given the custom design of the site, some unique content, and the selling points above, I feel this is being very reasonable.

    When the site ages a little more and begins to rank well on Google, I can see revenue easily doubling for this site.
