Html code error

This is a code which i had added in my blog earlier and it helped increase my blog traffic.
but i had some problem wit the template so i had to reinstall it and i when i reentered this code this is the error that i get

I want to put this code back again as this was very good one.
plz can anyone check this code and help me add this back.

You can't insert b:section in head tag

 

but i was using this till 4 days back.
had some problem editing the template so reloaded the template and since then i have this problem

 

Have you changed your theme within last 4 days?

 

nope theme is same but had to reinstall it.

Blogger has changed their functions(perhaps in last week). You can't add this trick into your blogger template now.
