Is anyone familiar with the user Eightrix? Does he use another username on any other domain boards?

He had purchased a package of 8 names from me. Then turned around and said his bank account was messed up in which paypal gave him back out of my account $114

I have been ultra patient with this. This has been going on now for many months. He keeps saying he will take care of it but never has. Now they have shut down my paypal account.

Can someone direct me to someone on DP where I can report this.

Your help will be much appriciated.

Yes names were sent. The thing is he is not a scammer as far as I can tell. He said his bank got messed up some how and they took some money back out of my paypal $114 is still missing that they took. He said he would take care of it in PM's but that has been a long time coming now.

Now he will not even give me the courtsey of answering PM's or email. So it looks like I am just out the $114. Now paypal wants me to pay it and they are taking action against me if you can believe that?

Then he is a scammer.

File a chargeback dispute and also get your domains back by submitting a complaint to ICANN (with prove of non-payment, you can get the domains back).

todalen, I did offer and the offer is still open, to send you back the domains if you send me back the rest of the money (about $250). Unfortunately, I do have some problems of my own and can't send you again the $114 right now and I explained why via PM. I guess the only other thing I can think of if you do not want to send me back the $250 to get the domain back, pick out a few domains that you think would be worth the $114, and I can send those to you until Im able to buy them out.

 

Just in case, you receive the domains from Eightrix then let me know. I'm interested in JavaMonster.com

Eightrix I think you will find is a scammer he sold me domains on the premise of them making revenue and having traffic and they dont have either

I have proof to back me up should any of the authorities or members on this forum take an interest, this user should be banned from the site before he scams other users on this forum out of their money or domains.

 

The paypal account thing happened to me also a few months back, I sent out emails to all the people I have bought from and only one emailed back...But paypal will pick an account reverse payments for no reason, I foned the call desk and was told they though my credit card was stolen even though I hadn't used it on paypal since I opened my account and the funds that were used were earned from selling items...

Paypay is very bad!!

 

Well I did not want to believe that Eightrix was a scammer but I think I was being naive. Alot of people have PM'ed me on a couple of boards and said he was a scammer. That is unfortunate. This is the first time I have had problems with a feloow domainer in over 10 years.
