    Hey guys, recently my adsense revenue was climbing from the usualy $12/day to $30...and then all of a sudden i noticed my adsense earning have dropped like a rock - still have lots of clicks and traffic, but just not paying out as much? I already have a list of low paying advertisers blocked, so what is causing this? (i have multiple sites)

    anyone else have this prob?

    Is there an big list of low-paying advertisers somewhere?

    HELP!!!

    Hell of an explanation.

    Anyway, I think the only thing you can do now is to start praying the CPM would climb up tomorrow or the next week.

    Get more traffic, and starting making good content. I think this is the best way to deal with a situation like this. Don't worry.

    Maybe not the explanation any of us want to hear, but when the economy goes to crap advertisers reduce spending.

    Hard to sell stuff to people losing their homes, cars, jobs, etc. :(

    Thats part of thing about it. Never count your beans before you get them or look to far ahead on your earnings. Because advertising revenue is very eradicate. I was making $30 and even a few time $50 a day back before christmas. Then after the holiday some kind of recession happened and I lost it all, back to meager $5 or $10 a day.

    Same to me. I used to make $20/day, but now only $6. Higher traffics, more clicks, but low eCPM.

    Don't provide very good content because people won't click your ad. More average your content is, more people will click your ad. Remember, adsense means you are giving away your visitors to the advertisers. Try other alternative like adbrite, maybe?

    It happens to me also. I'm going from $50/day -> $20 -> now I hardly earn $5/day. There's one day, I only get .95cent

    Adsense does that on purpose. If you earn $10 with 1k visitors it doesn't mean you will earn $20 with 2k visitors. You'll earn like $15 if you're lucky.

    Now that your sites are becoming more popular Adsense is serving (dumping) crap ads to get rid of them. They also do that with my sites.

    You might have had a good-paying advertiser drop out of adwords. One of my sites can earn 3x the norm when a particular advertiser's ads show up.

    Perhaps it's best to try and diversify your content so you can attract from a different pool of advertisers?

    This is just how AdSense is now. It is a shame. :( This is why I now use audio ads on my sites - I make more from them, anyway. :)

    have you actually tried adbrite? do they pay well? I notice some sites have adbrites that have ads not as targeted as adsense.
