My review:
Very fast, I mean like under 15 mins. I sent him the info and he communicated almost instantally. I sent the payment, went out, did some stuff (like work on my sites) and came back and in no time he sent me a report with every site he submitted to.

My site is already in google, yahoo, msn, ask, is there an option in your tool that will not include the major search engine to avoid penalty?

 

yup, I can simply tell it so skip those specific sites. just tell me which major ones to skip and I will.

You do not get penalized for submitting to google twice, however, he requested me to not submit to those major search engines.
