Links to exact line of HTML - good for SEO or not?

I want make internal links among 8 articles, all published on one blog, so that every link from an article will point to the direct subtitle of another article.

I want to know, if this is good for SEO, or should I simply link to blog post titles only. Links will be from the text of the article. My concern is, if the code will spoil the SEO.

From seo point of view such links won't be any different, but my personal opinion is that it is better to link just to the post but not to any exact place because then it would make readers to read the whole post and it can be better and those who are interested in exact abstract will find for sure:) this is just a blog post not a whole big book, so no need in it

Yes, I guess I won't complicate much. I can put a short "index" on the beginning of each post.

using internal links like that is good for seo. Place several internal links containing your keywords and your rankings will go up
