Adhocpost Paid Posting Service up for sale.

    URL - http://www.adhocpost.com

Date opened site: January 27, 2006

    Company sales since January 27, 2006: $1327.50

Personal Profit from sales since January 27, 2006: $444.50

Profit from links on front page: $19.00 monthly
(As of last update the Adhocpost front page was at PR4. The forums are PR3)
So I am sure you can charge more for link sales now that the front page is PR4

    Spent on Advertising: About $70.00

    Bin: $1500

    Auction: Yes
Starting bid $500 with increments of $25.00 bids.

    Reason for selling:
1.) I have been given more hours at my regular job. Which means less time to devote on this site
    2) Need more time to develop 2 other sites that I am currently working on.

    The buyer will get:
    Adhocpost website and forums
4 articles (each article is at least 325 words plus) about $40 + value
Links on front page (Average monthly revenue is $19.00) But like I said the link sales fees can go up now that the website is a PR4

Are there jobs/orders that still need to be finished?
Yes there are jobs still being worked on. We can negotiate the price of sale depending if you want to assume the payments due for the remaining work. (Sale price - payments to posters) I know the amount that still needs to be paid to finish the work.

I kept about 20 - 30 % of fees depending on the size of the package. And about 70 - 80 % went to the workers.

How much time should time do you need to maintain this site on a daily basis?
I have spent between 30 - 60 minutes every day to every other day. I would answer emails, pms from the workers, reviewing job applications, worker assignments and checking in on the quality of posts.

    Terms of Service:
In order to to buy this site you must agree to these terms:

1.) Finish /complete all orders that have been have placed prior to the company to being sold
2.) I only work through Paypal.
3.) The domain name expires on January 26, 2007. So you have the domain name for some time before the name expires. I bought it through ipower.

**** If you have a bought a package through Adhocpost . Do not worry we are still working on the jobs. I will check in from time to time to make sure the work is being done.

Pm me with any questions or stats.

I meant to put the BIN price at $850.

I usually get over 2k uniques a month.

I know it isnt much. But it is a nice little investment. Any offers will be considered but I do have a set price in mind. Willing to negotiate.

    BIN: $850
    or
    Starting bid at $500

Uhmm... you set the BIN at $850... and you have an offer of $850.... That means it's sold.... BIN means Buy It Now... Not a bid... So I'm confused now... is it sold or not?
