I just logged in today to check my adsense earnings and found an agreement contract. Is there anything different on this new TOS?
I get this too, i thought i was banned first http://adsense.blogspot.com/2008/02/updated-terms-and-conditions.html It says that some changes are coming
anyone reading it and see some obvious changes? (maybe it includes something like "no complain of low earning in public" lol)
i just accepts it and it removed .. long terms and conditions couldn't read all ! but accepts the changes
any thing really new ? I don't think so. They already have really big TOS. So what is in the new one. I haven't seen it YET?
uff my heart started to beat fast when i saw first (i thought i got banned) and opened here to see what is this!
I looked over it. Nothing to worry about as far as I can see. Looks like they added some stuff for video and media players. Beyond that, here are some interesting points. You agree to direct to Google, and not to any advertiser, any communication regarding any Ad(s) or Link(s) displayed in connection with Your Property(ies). The last one is the only one that makes me go hmm.. It implies that we can not sell any ads on our own sites, and must direct all customers to Google for buying ads on our sites, however does not say anything about if its only Google ads or all ads. In its current format its wide open to say all ads, even ads not owned by Google.
Exactly the same thing happened to me, I was depressed for all of 2 minutes until I scrolled down a little further. What changes are their exactly?
That cannot be the meaning. That means that adsense should be exlusive on the pages. Not going to happen.
huh? So You can't sell direct ads? wtf? Why would google have a problem with that. They want to get the 50% okay but wtf? And also about the privacy policy. You must include about cookies left by google or something? huh?
