Company Email Manager

    Receiving one email from one customer that I would like to share with his other accounts (He has seperate accounts for seperate sites). How can I share or link that one email to 3 other accounts similtanously within the email itself I'm in "Company Email Manager"?

    No, right now you can only bind a ticket to a single customer.

    No, it's not possible to assign one to more than one customer with the current db structure.
